Internet banking update -- august 19th, 2008
On August 19th we performed a routine system update. The first time you sign on after the update, you will be required to answer one of your security questions. To ensure a trouble free login process please take a moment to re-familiarize yourself with your security questions and answers. You can review your security questions and answers under the Support / FAQ.
To REVIEW or CHANGE your security questions
Once logged into your Internet Banking choose the Support / FAQ button from the selection menu on the left.
Once you choose the Support / FAQ button the screen above will appear. You can then click on Change Security Questions to review or modify your questions and answers.
