12/20/2011 -- Riverview Celebrates 30 Years of Gifts for Kids in Care!

The Employee-Owners of Riverview Community Bank marked 30 years of tradition by donating hundreds of gifts to foster children through the Bank’s “Shirley DuPaul - Gifts for Kids in Care” program. Every year, the Department of Social and Health Services coordinates this program for foster children in Vancouver, Portland and Klickitat County.

9/29/2011 -- Riverview Expands With New Gresham Branch

Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq GSM:RVSB) Riverview, the parent company of Riverview Community Bank today announced plans to expand its Oregon presence with the opening of a new Gresham, Oregon branch. The new location will be located on Northeast Burnside Road near Gresham High School. A groundbreaking date has not be set however, construction is slated to begin soon.

7/19/2011 -- Riverview Increases Earnings to $1.1 million in First Quarter

Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:RVSB) ("Riverview" or the "Company") today announced that it earned $1.1 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, in its first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2011, compared to $1.8 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, in the first quarter a year ago. This is Riverview's fifth consecutive profitable quarter as the Bank continues to grow and improve its credit quality.

Riverview today announced its fourth consecutive profitable quarter and an increase in from net income of $579,000 reported in the third fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010.

1/27/11 -Riverview Bancorp Reports Net Income of $579,000 in the Third Fiscal Quarter, Highlighted by Net Interest Margin Expansion and Credit Quality Improvements: Riverview Bancorp, Inc. today reported its net income increased to $579,000, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010. For the first nine months of fiscal 2011, Riverview earned $3.5 million, or $0.20 per diluted share.
