Saturday Branch Closure Information
Which branches will be affected by the Saturday closure?
The following branches will be affected: Washougal, Battle Ground, Orchards, Hazel Dell and Gresham.
What are my options if I need to conduct transactions on Saturdays once you are closed?
We suggest utilizing the following options to best support your needs. Riverview Bank offers online banking at riverviewbank.com. If you are not enrolled, you can do so by visiting the website.
The following options are available for you online:
- Funds transfers between your accounts
- Bill payment
- Copies of your statements
- Deposits using the app
- Stop payments
- Check reorders
- Enable or disable your debit card if it is new or has been lost or stolen
- Address change
What if I need cash on a Saturday?
With the exception of Gateway, all of our branches have ATMs to allow you access to your account for cash. Visit our website to locate a branch location near you. (No ATM available at the Gateway branch) Your debit card also gives you access to 36,000 ATMs surcharge free through MoneyPass and Privileged Status. To find an ATM located near you, please visit www.moneypass.com. Your debit card can also be used to obtain cash at participating retail stores when conducting a point-of-sale transaction, just request cash back. Retailer fees may apply.
What if I need to know my account balance or obtain a copy of a statement?
Our online banking and app allows you to obtain account balances, and statements can be printed from our online banking tool.
What if I need to close an account over the weekend?
A signature is required for account closure. Visit your nearest branch during regular business hours.
A signed letter may be provided including closure details. Include contact information for branch follow-up and confirmation of funds release.

What if I am concerned that my account/debit card has been compromised?
- Client Services' hours are available on Saturdays from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. They can be reached at 800-822-2076.
- Your debit card can be disabled via your online banking/app with card controls.
- A secure message can be submitted via online banking and a bank representative will reach out to you next business day.
As a Commercial Client, what if I need change (coin/currency) over the weekend?
We would be happy to assist you with determining the amount of coin/currency you may need to get you through the weekend and have it available for pick-up during regular business hours.
What if I want to talk to a representative of Riverview in person on Saturday?
